The Opportunity
The Future Fund Management Agency has been undergoing a major transformation over the past four years, significantly enhancing its investment data, information, and technology capabilities. As part of this journey, the Investment Data Management (IDM) function was established, comprising key teams that focus on Data Operations and Change , Data governance and experience, Relationship and Business unit management, and knowledge management.
We are seeking an Analyst, Knowledge Management, to support knowledge systems and Agency-wide subscriptions, ensuring they remain well-maintained, user-focused, and continually improved. This role will contribute to investment and enterprise information management, supporting both daily operations and project-based initiatives. You will act as subject matter expert, helping strengthen the organisation’s knowledge and information landscape. This role will report to the Manager of Knowledge Management, Investment Data and Management.
Key Responsibilities
Knowledge Systems – Support administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Knowledge Management systems. Implement workflow enhancements, ensure data integrity, and manage change and issue registers.
Operational Service Support – Provide functional support for the Knowledge Management help desk, respond to user queries, and oversee monitoring of the Knowledge Management inbox.
Subscriptions Management – Assist in managing Agency-wide subscriptions, coordinate vendor meetings, and ensure timely purchase and renewal processes in collaboration with Procurement.
About You
You are a qualified Knowledge Management and/or Information Management professional with demonstrated experience in records and document management, Enterprise Content Management Systems, and stakeholder engagement. Your technical expertise includes familiarity with Atlassian tools (Confluence, JIRA). You have experience providing exceptional customer service and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders in a cross-functional environment. A tertiary qualification is desirable.
You will bring strong communication skills, a growth mindset, and professional credibility to this role. With a commitment to collaboration, process improvement, and adaptability, your comfortable in complex and sometimes ambiguous environments. You utilize strong interpersonal skills to build effective connections with stakeholders and colleagues.
