As an Analytics Lead within our Claims & Product Performance & Insights (CaPPI) team, you’ll transform complex data into meaningful, decision-ready insights. You'll work with stakeholders to understand business needs, deliver tailored analytics solutions, and drive uplift in self-service capability and analytics maturity.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who knows how to balance deep technical knowledge with business context. You’ll contribute to shaping how data informs operations, efficiency, and customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver business-aligned analytics and BI solutions
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities, pain points and solution requirements
- Optimise reporting to reduce delivery time and rework
- Support uplift in data governance, solution scalability, and self-service capability
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to a range of business users
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in analytics, BI, or data roles within insurance, banking or similar industries
- Expertise in Tableau, SQL and enterprise BI tools (e.g., Cognos, AWS)
- Strong business partnering skills, with experience translating data into action
- Solid understanding of claims operations, product performance, and financial metrics
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT or similar (Tableau certification desirable)
