As an Assembly Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process . Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
· Assemble and test products as per work instructions or standard work practices;
- Meet or exceed standard routing/cycle times as per work instructions;
- Complete work order documentation for all tasks performed. I.E times and BOM checklist;
- Enter finished goods data correctly into receiving books
- Ensure the promotion of customer focus;
- Ensure that processes deliver their intended outputs
To be successful in this role, you should have:
· Relevant industry experience
· Should be familiar or experienced using electric and pneumatic drivers
· Ability to prioritize and to respond immediately to changing demands and a determination to achieve targeted outcomes.
· An ability to communicate clearly with all team members and management staff
· Punctuality and reliability are essential for this role.
· A great work ethic, including a ‘can do attitude’ linked with a “sense of urgency”
· A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
