Requirements:
- Valid Roller Operator Ticket or Verification of Competency (VOC)
- Previous experience operating rollers in a civil construction environment
- Commitment to safety and teamwork
- Ability to work independently and follow site instructions
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Strict focus and adherence to safe work practices
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to a strong team environment
- Positive can-do attitude
