As Assistant Client Care Manager, you'll work closely with the Client Care Manager to lead and support our dedicated Client Care team. You’ll help foster exceptional client experiences, support operational excellence, and play a key role in team development, recruitment, rostering, and training. Key Responsibilities
- Support and mentor the Client Care team to deliver outstanding service
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Contribute to rostering, scheduling, and performance management
- Support daily operations, financial procedures, and client communications
- Step in to lead the team and ensure seamless front-of-house experiences
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years in customer service, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Veterinary industry experience highly regarded (not essential)
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills
- Experience with rostering, coaching, and workflow management
- Confidence working with systems like RXWorks, Microsoft Office, or similar
- Full Time role paying $34.16/hour
