About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Assistant in Nursing (AIN) to join our friendly team at the Moree Renal Dialysis Unit. In this role, you will work closely with our Registered Nurses to provide essential support to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
You’ll play an important role in ensuring our patients feel cared for, comfortable, and supported throughout their treatment journey.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including mobility and personal care.
- Check and record vital signs under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
- Prepare and organise consumables required for dialysis treatments.
- Support the nursing team with routine clinical tasks and patient care.
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with NSW Health policies.
- Work independently while contributing to a collaborative and supportive environment.
