The role
We are currently seeking an Associate Designer/Drafter – Dams & Hydropower to contribute to the development and production of project deliverables in our Brisbane office and assist on major projects across ANZ. With a minimum of 8 years of commercial experience in civil design, you will play a key role in providing top class design drawings to our clients.
With a track record of achievement in a similar role, you will have gained your experience in an engineering design consultancy and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Minimum 12 years in a similar role with civil design for dams & hydropower projects
- Relevant TAFE qualifications, diploma, or degree in drafting, engineering, or design
- Proven 12D or Civil3d and Revit experience essential
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills for engaging with a broad range of people
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across a multidisciplinary team.
