About the job:
In this business development role, your responsibilities include:
- Formulating expansion strategies and defining the direction of business growth for the organization linking other verticals.
- Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities from onshore and offshore clients.
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
- Align strategic initiatives with the organization’s long and short-term goals.
- Strategize the content creation relating to proposals, presentation, and sales pitches.
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
- Drive efficiency and productivity through offshoring, automation, and technology-driven solutions.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals.
- Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to define a sustainable roadmap for growth and innovation.
About You:
- 10+ years of experience in client management with a proven track record of business expansion (mining & expanding targeted clients) across different verticals, offshore operations and team building.
- Experience in driving business growth through onshore and offshore client engagement.
- Experience in understanding the client requirements including their processes and identify innovative content creation and business process outsourcing opportunities.
- Extensive experience in client engagement and business expansion within the B2B sector.
- Expertise in driving change management, improving client interface processes, and optimizing operations through technology solutions.
- End to end engagement with stakeholders to understand and strategize the growth of the business verticals. (Key Account Management initiatives).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $115,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
