We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Senior Implementation Specialist to join our Eagle Investments team. This role is located in Melbourne, Australia –HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead the development of Data Vault implementations, ensuring best practices and scalability.
- Design, build, and optimize complex SQL code to support data integration and transformation workflows.
- Utilizing Jibber coding to streamline data processes and system efficiencies.
- Collaborates with stakeholders (both internally and externally) to gather, document, and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Acts as the JIRA administrator, managing boards, workflows, epics, and sprint planning across development teams.
- Leads and coordinates activities of the development team, ensuring quality delivery and adherence to project timelines.
- Provides coaching and mentoring to junior team members, promoting skills development and knowledge sharing.
- Participates in architectural discussions and contribute to continuous improvement of implementation methodologies and standards.
- Engages with cross-functional teams to support testing, deployment, and production readiness.”
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 3-5 years of total work experience.
- Securities, financial products and/or the finance industry experience preferred.
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
