- Long-Term Client Relationships: Work with clients on a long-term basis (average 12 months), allowing you to build meaningful relationships and see tangible progress.

Duties Include
- Training participants one-on-one and in small group settings.
- Conducting initial assessments and progress assessments
- Writing comprehensive client notes
- Writing clients progress reports
- Writing NDIS plan review reports
- Assisting in various types of administrative and business development tasks.
What is Fit n Able Looking For
- Qualifications: ESSA Accredited and registered Exercise Physiologist , new graduate or limited experience.
- Motivated and passionate to work with people with disabilities.
- A strong understanding of strength training techniques.
- Excellent communicator with a good sense of humour.
