About the Role:
- Be an ambassador for the Brand and at all times portray a professional and customer-oriented image
- Provide excellent customer service while achieving sales target
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Understand and contribute to help store achieve targets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Maintain and manage merchandise displays and inventory
- Perform and abide to all Operational Procedures
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s display)
- Assist in transporting gelato from lab to the store when needed.
About you:
- Be the Brand Ambassador of Venchi
- Pleasant personality, energetic, proactive, responsible and service oriented
- Be an absolute team player
- Ability to speak Italian or Spoken Mandarin would be highly advantageous
