About the Role
As a Team Leader at VENCHI, you will drive the business forward, overseeing store operations, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with the Retail Manager to maintain Venchi's excellence in service, presentation, and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, including team management, inventory control, and customer experience.
- Lead and inspire a team of retail personnel to maintain high performance and teamwork.
- Ensure a luxurious, customer-centric service standard, creating lasting brand connections.
- Monitor stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation, ensuring alignment with VENCHI brand guidelines.
- Support sales growth by analyzing trends, providing feedback, and optimizing product promotions.
- Foster a positive work culture, emphasizing communication, engagement, and development.
About You
- 2+ years of retail leadership experience, preferably in F&B, luxury, or hospitality.
- Strong ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
- Energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about customer service excellence.
- Proven ability to analyze sales performance, manage discounts, and strategize category success.
