Join the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) as a Bank Officer in our Canberra Branch and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. This position offers impactful work that contributes to the Australian people, with an opportunity to work in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide frontline support for the RBA’s Online Banking Service and other banking products
  • Handle customer enquiries and perform a variety of administrative tasks
  • Reconcile internal administrative accounts and customer accounts
  • Assist with daily transactions, Help Desk support, and counter services
  • Maintain accurate records and manage reporting tasks
Skills and Experience:
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage
  • competing deadlines
  • High attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office
  • Customer service experience is desirable but not essential
  • Year 12 or equivalent, or relevant work experience
