Amazing Graze Tearooms is a sister company of AGF (AMAZING GRAZE FLOWERS) an exciting High Tea venue in the leafy affluent suburbs of ASCOT VALE focusing on serving up specialty coffee, and French/European patisseries . With an exciting and motivated team, we are passionate about providing" QUALITY great moments to remember" to our valued customers.
We are Hiring a career-focused and professional and experienced BARISTA that take pride in the quality and consistency of products that leave the AGT (Amazing Graze Tearooms) with an outgoing friendly and professional personality.
The successful applicant will be genuinely excited about finer things in life, Amazing coffee, amazing food, amazing wine, and Amazing customer service to our Amazing Patronage.
Qualifications & experience
- Excellent customer service and customer interaction abilities is a must
- Have the ability to multi-task under pressure
- Have a strong work ethic and ‘can-do attitude
- Have exceptional presentation and grooming
- Be able to work weekends and public holidays
- coffee skills minimum 2 yrs experience

To be successful in this role, the desired candidate will need:
- Previous experience
- Happy and outgoing personality
- Provide and deliver excellent customer service
- A solid knowledge of coffee (wine is a bonus)
- Passionate
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- To demonstrate a pro-active and hands-on approach to leadership
- Experience with stock taking and ordering
- To liaise with the owners with new ideas, weekly special and ways to improve
