- Experience: Minimum 2 years of cocktail bartending experience, preferably in high volume or craft cocktail venues.
- Agave, Spirits and Cocktail Knowledge: Strong understanding of agave and other spirits, as well as classic and modern cocktails.
- Speed & Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and cleanly while maintaining high quality standards.
- Customer Service: Proven ability to successfully deliver a premium guest experience and consistent sequence of service
- Teamwork: Works well under pressure in a fast paced team environment.
- POS: Comfortable using POS systems and handling payments accurately.
- Adaptability: Willing to learn new recipes, techniques, and menu changes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and presentation
- Holds a NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
