We are seeking a passionate Beauty Advisor to join our retail team, in our Flagship store in Sydney Town Hall (at Hilton Hotel). You will play a critical role in enhancing the customer experience by providing excellent service and product recommendations.

Your responsibilities here would be:
· Providing expert advice on various beauty products and brands
· Assisting customers in their buying journey from trying on products to making a purchase
· Building strong relationships with customers to improve their shopping experience and increase sales
· Maintaining product knowledge and staying up-to-date with the latest beauty trends
· Creating a welcoming atmosphere in the store and contributing to a positive team environment
· Supporting the team in achieving sales targets and goals
Requirements:
· Must have Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a beauty or cosmetics store
· Permanent Resident in Australia / No limited working hours
· Strong passion for the beauty industry and its products
· Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
· Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
· Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
· Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in retail
· Experience in store opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and retail operations
· Experience in staff rostering and managing team schedules
