Our Sydney team is seeking the services of an experienced Billing Officer. The successful candidate will be working within a team environment and will report directly to the Billing Team Leader.
The main duties for this role include, but will not be limited to:
- Liaising with internal and external customers on a daily basis in relation to their accounts
- Ensuring invoices are accurately submitted to clients with agreed time frames.
- Handling billing and invoicing issues as they arise
- Maintenance of Client database and escalate matters as required
- Review and preparation of purchase/work orders and service reports
- Provide ad hoc support to Finance & National Accounts team
- Continue to review current processes and look for improvements
- Get involved in the discussion when customers request for special invoicing requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 3 Years + experience in high performing accounts receivable role (preferably services industry)
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Self-Motivation, ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience working on a web based applications i.e. customer portals
