The Role
We’re looking for a Business Applications Lead to join our Technology team, based in our Cremorne office. This role sits at the heart of our business - connecting people, systems, and processes to deliver seamless technology solutions that power our retail success.
Leading a small, talented team of Application Specialists, you’ll balance strategy with action: setting direction, mentoring, and problem-solving while staying close to the detail. From ERP to POS to ecommerce integrations, you’ll ensure our core systems are stable, secure, and optimised to deliver real business value.
What you’ll do:
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team of Application Specialists.
• Own and continuously improve our Core ERP system - product, purchasing, inventory, POS, and ecommerce integrations.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues with a proactive, solutions-first mindset.
• Drive end-to-end testing, system enhancements, and smooth adoption of upgrades.
• Maintain and strengthen system integrations, ensuring data flows seamlessly across platforms.
• Keep application security front of mind to protect our business.
• Play a key role in shaping our technology roadmap in collaboration with IT and business leaders.
What we’re looking for:
• AP21 experience – essential.
• 3–5+ years in Retail Business Applications.
• Strong ERP and integration knowledge, with ecommerce exposure highly desirable.
• Microsoft Excel / SQL skills preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functional teams and manage stakeholders.
• Solid grasp of project management principles.
Why join us?
• Be at the centre of technology and retail – driving innovation across a leading multi-brand business.
• Step into a leadership role with scope to influence, shape, and deliver.
• Join a collaborative, fast-paced culture where no two days are the same.
