A bit about your role
The Business Management Specialist is responsible for supporting and coordinating the business operations requirements of the Networks Business Unit. This includes vendor management, risk and compliance activities, ensuring alignment and cohesion across the business.

Additionally, this role involves creating practical and actionable tools, templates, frameworks, and reports for the Networks Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and their representatives to ensure consistent communication within Networks and across nbn.

We’re ideally seeking a tertiary-qualified professional in business, finance, or a related field with experience in business or operations management, ideally within telecommunications or a high-tech environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business planning, experience working across functions to establish governance, and a proven ability to prepare executive-level reporting.

Strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. The role requires the ability to streamline processes, influence senior stakeholders, and manage multiple projects simultaneously with confidence and efficiency.
