About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and collaborative Business Manager to join our Mental Health Clinical Program. Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, this role plays a vital part in supporting the delivery of quality mental health services through expert business and financial management. You’ll be responsible for providing high-level business services, ensuring financial sustainability, and guiding resource planning to support the program’s ongoing success.
In this role, you’ll work closely with Business Unit Managers to analyse financial data, support strategic decision-making, and help meet key performance targets. About You:
You’re a strategic thinker with a strong financial background and a passion for supporting high-quality mental health services. With a collaborative approach and a keen eye for detail, you're ready to make a real impact through effective business and financial management.
- To be eligible for this position, you must hold an appropriate tertiary degree in accounting, finance or economics majoring in accounting

Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and performance reporting
Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across teams
High-level proficiency in financial systems, data analysis tools, and MS Office applications
