Looking to broaden your experience in workplace wellbeing and safety? We are seeking a motivated professional to step into a People, Safety and Wellbeing Business Partner role for a period of 2-months. This is an opportunity to gain valuable exposure in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
This is an ideal short-term acting assignment for someone seeking:
- A development opportunity to grow and support their skills in wellbeing, WHS or injury management
- Experience partnering with senior leaders on real-time initiatives
- A chance to contribute to meaningful work that directly supports our people
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the delivery of key health, wellbeing and safety initiatives
- Provide assistance on return-to-work cases and employee support
- Partner with the business to ensure compliance with relevant WHS legislation and frameworks
Ideally you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in occupational health and/or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Experience in Human Resources, WHS or wellbeing-related roles
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for workplace health, safety and mental wellbeing
