Your key responsibilities will include:
- Order Processing: Efficiently handle all aspects of order management, from receiving and verifying orders to entering them into our system accurately. You will track the progress of orders, ensure timely fulfillment, and resolve any issues that may arise during the process.
- Inquiry Handling: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding our products or services. This includes providing detailed information, addressing concerns, and guiding customers through the decision-making process.
- Quotation Preparation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on customer requirements. You will collaborate with the sales and pricing teams to ensure that quotations are in line with company policies and market trends.
- Transportation Coordination: Arrange and coordinate transportation logistics to ensure that products are delivered to customers on time and in good condition. This involves liaising with logistics providers, negotiating rates, and monitoring the delivery process.
Job RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Proven experience in a similar business support or administrative role, with a focus on order processing, inquiry handling, quotation preparation, and transportation coordination.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and external partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling you to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with order management or CRM systems is a plus.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
