The Role: We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and motivated Café All-Rounder to join our team. In this dynamic role, you'll work across front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including customer service, coffee preparation, food handling, cleaning, and more. A positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed are essential. Key Responsibilities: Greeting and serving customers with a warm, friendly manner Taking orders and handling the point-of-sale (POS) system Preparing and serving coffee, drinks, and simple food items Clearing tables, dishwashing, and maintaining cleanliness Assisting with food prep and kitchen tasks as required Following food safety and hygiene procedures Contributing to a team environment and maintaining a positive workplace Requirements: Previous experience in a café or hospitality role preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays if needed Why Join Us?
