We are looking for an experienced Barista / front-of-house all-rounder.
MINIMUM 2 years of cafe/restaurant experience required. Must have solid coffee-making skills and exceptional customer service abilities.
Fast growing little cafe with small prep kitchen only.
Coffee making/sandwich making and great outgoing personality required!
About the Role:
- Hours: 4-5 days per week, open and close shifts. No public holiday shifts. Shop closes by 2pm and includes some weekends, no nights.
- Pay: Competitive, above-award rates, leave and superannuation for the right candidate.
What We’re Looking For:
- Coffee Expertise: Confidently handle 3–4kg of coffee daily (around 100 take-away coffees), with the ability to manage surges during peak hours. Consistency and efficiency are essential.
- Technical Skills: Ability to dial in and adjust grinders to consistently produce top-quality coffee.
- Reliability: Punctuality and dependability are non-negotiable.
- Team Player: Strong multitasking skills and a willingness to assist teammates when needed.
