APRA AMCOS is a member-owned music rights management organisation, positioned at the intersection of music, data and technology. We have more than 124,000 members who are songwriters, composers and music publishers. We license organisations to play, perform, copy or record our members’ music, and we distribute the royalties to our members.
This newly created role will lead the development, optimisation, and ongoing refinement of automated marketing journeys across the customer and prospect lifecycle for APRA AMCOS, OneMusic Australia and New Zealand, and associated brands. The Campaign & Insights Specialist will also be responsible for analysing campaign and customer behaviour across key digital platforms including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Google Analytics, and Amplitude, to uncover insights that drive improved engagement, conversion,
and retention.
The role is based in our Ultimo office, which is on Gadigal land.
As a Campaign & Insights Specialist , your responsibilities will include:
- Operate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys and other Martech tools to deliver personali s ed, automated customer experiences.
- Build, test, and optimize customer journeys and email campaigns using segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
- Develop and maintain customer segments based on behaviour , lifecycle stage, demographics, and engagement patterns to enhance targeting and personali s ation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to automate communications and trigger-based journeys that support engagement, retention, and conversion goals.
- Execute marketing campaigns aligned with strategic roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery, effectiveness measurement, and clear communication of results .
- Analy s e customer and campaign data to inform strategy and optimi s ation.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Hands-on experience in working with CRM/Marketing Automation platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics D365/Customer Insights-Journey, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign .
