Position Overview:
Within the framework of the KNC’s philosophy and objectives, community staff will work with the Centre Manager and coordinators to co-ordinate the delivery of Community Support to people in the Northern Sydney region, and carers of such people, who because of their frailty, age or disabilities are at risk of moving prematurely into residential care.
Duties:
- Use excel spreadsheets, scheduling software and client databases to record and schedule transport bookings
- Accept and schedule client bookings with accuracy and in a timely manner.
- Accurately enter shifts and changes into our database.
- Engage the right number of people, with the right skillset and qualifications, to work at the right time and geographical location.
- Rapidly respond to reschedule cover of unplanned staff and volunteer availability.
- Have a calm disposition to juggle multiple rosters at once
- You will liaise with our clients, carers, volunteers, staff and service providers.
