The Role: Our Greystanes facility is seeking a casual Care Service Employee
You must be available to work across all shifts and have full time work rights!
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting residents with personal care including showering
- Supporting residents with meals
- Contributing to care planning with registered staff
- Documenting care and services provided to residents
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities
- Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support
- Minimum 1 year experience in an Aged Care Facility
- Sensitivity to and understanding of the aspirations and needs of frail older people
- Ability to set and maintain high standards in the provision of quality care and support services
- Ability to provide quality care and support to frail aged people
- Sound understanding of relevant State and Commonwealth legislation as it applies to Aged Care Providers.
