Your opportunity
As a valued Carer at Barry Marsh House in Oran Park, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care that supports our residents to live with dignity and purpose. By attending to residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing, you will enhance their independence and quality of life.

- A proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to support others.
- A commitment to working collaboratively with colleagues and families.
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent qualification, or a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- The ability to work independently, and as a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A willingness to learn and grow through ongoing training and development.
You will also have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computing skills to manage care documentation and communications.
- Experience using mobility aids and assisting with daily living activities.
