We are looking for Aged Care and Disability Support Workers to join our team on a Casual basis, delivering high-quality care to the elderly in their homes in areas Taree, Forster, Port Macquarie, and surrounding areas.
Up to $42.24 per hour depending on qualifications and experience
Full time work available for the right applicants
What you will be doing in this role
- Providing daily living assistance with personal care
- Shopping, Meal preparation
- Assisting with medication
- All domestic duties – Laundry, vacuuming, mopping, changing bed linen, dusting, and general cleaning.
- Supporting clients to appointments and social activities
Selection Criteria
- The ability to work independently.
- Certificate 3 in Individual support or working towards
- Current CPR & First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Police check
- Working with children’s check (WWCC)
- NDIS workers screening check
- Current NSW Driver’s license, reliable registered car
- Willing to travel.
- Possess a smartphone or device suitable for community-based work
- Willingness to commit to short client services that can be 1hr-4hrs long, noting that all travel time between clients is paid
