The opportunity
As a casual Educator with us, you will:
- Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and comfort of all children in our care.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate learning programs that reflect the EYLF principles, practices, and learning outcomes.
- Plan and deliver experiences that support children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.
- Assist in incorporating cultural diversity and inclusivity in programming.
- Foster positive relationships with children, helping them develop self-confidence and social skills.
- Engage and build partnerships with families, sharing insights about their child's progress and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to support children's needs.
- Adhere to the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations.
- Maintain knowledge of child protection laws and report concerns as required.

Follow health, safety, and hygiene policies, including food safety and infection control.
- Minimum Cert III in ECEC (or ACECQA equivalent).
- Proven experience with EYLF, NQF and Child Safe Standards.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience with assisting to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.
