About the role
Due to our current clientele, we are looking for female casual aged and disability support workers who have a driver’s licence and car to join our rapidly growing team. Shifts are available between Monday to Friday 7am – 6pm, with opportunities for weekend work.
You will be providing assistance at home and in the community, such as
- Transport
- Shopping
- Personal care
- Companionship
- Meal preparation
- Respite Care
- Light housekeeping
- Social and community access
About you
- A genuine passion for providing high quality care to your clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility & the ability to adapt to change.
- Certificate 3 or 4 in Aged Care/Disability
- Current Driver’s licence and access to a comprehensive insured vehicle
- Current Provide First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Australian Federal Police Check (Valid within last 3 years)
- NSW Working with Children’s Check
- Willing to drive to clients between Carlingford and Lidcombe, Auburn to Strathfield/Burwood, including Homebush, Concord and surrounding suburbs.
Our benefits
The starting casual hourly rate is from $42.28 per hour + shift loadings + 12% superannuation
Ongoing support and supervision by our dedicated Care Coordination Team consisting of trained Enrolled and Registered Nurses.
