Your Role Will Include:
- Providing personal care, domestic assistance, and social support.
- Assisting participants in community access, appointments, and daily routines.
- Supporting clients to achieve their NDIS goals and live more independently.
- Ensuring documentation and progress notes are completed accurately.
What We’re Looking For:
- Cert III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services (preferred).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, and Working with Children Check.
- First Aid & CPR (valid).
- Reliable transport and valid driver’s license.
- Compassionate, respectful, and person-centered approach.

- NDIS Screening Check (Required)
