About the role
Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD) is seeking a Health Manager Level 3 to manage, strategise and implement all change management activities as well as learning and development activities to implement and lead change management and adoption for the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR) program across the Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD).
Working in close collaboration with the NSW eHealth team, clinicians, management, and staff to consolidate the major patient administration systems and electronic medical record systems to a single statewide instance.
