About the Role
As a Change Manager, you will:
- Implement VU’s Change Management Framework across strategic and operational programs, with a specific focus on staff and student timetabling initiatives.
- Design and execute communication and engagement strategies to support stakeholder buy-in and senior leadership alignment.
- Influence and guide teams to deliver business value and improve customer experience.
- Assess project scope and impact to develop tailored change strategies and actionable plans.
- Collaborate with Program and Project Managers to integrate change management into project delivery.
- Conduct training needs analysis and support the creation of training materials.
- Establish systems to measure change adoption, readiness, and effectiveness.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Postgraduate qualifications or extensive experience in change management or digital transformation.
- Proven success in developing and applying change management frameworks in complex environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and gain executive support.
- Experience integrating change strategies into project plans to ensure smooth transitions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to craft strategic messaging.
- Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver within tight timelines.
