About the Role:
- Support the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
- Model positive behaviour and contribute to a team-focused culture
What You’ll Need:
- Cert 3 or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Have full working rights in Australia
- You are currently residing in or willing to relocate to South Hedland, WA
- Current First Aid and Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain).
- Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and Regulations.
- A genuine love for working with children and leading a team.
- Skills in documentation, planning, and communication.

As part of our mission, Thriving Futures is directly collaborating with Early Learning Centres in the vibrant town of Port Hedland. We offer FREE supported training in Early Childhood Education and Care for both experienced educators and those aspiring to kickstart their careers in this rewarding field.
