Job Description
We’re looking for a Civil Designer – Urban Development to join our team. Ideally, this role will be based in Queensland, however we are open to candidates working from other states.
You’ll play a key role in producing high-quality civil design solutions for a variety of projects, supporting engineers and senior designers to deliver excellent outcomes for our clients.
Your day-to-day will see you:
Producing detailed civil design for roads, drainage, earthworks, water, sewer, and utilities.
Assisting with the preparation of design documentation and drawings to meet relevant standards and council requirements.
Working collaboratively with engineers, architects, planners, and landscape architects to deliver integrated design solutions.
Contributing to project delivery through attention to detail, technical accuracy, and efficiency.
Supporting the broader design team and gaining exposure to a wide portfolio of urban development projects.

Qualifications
Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering or similar.
3+ years’ experience in civil design, ideally within urban development.
Proficiency in 12D and CAD.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
