As a Claims Agent for our life portfolio, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience to all our customers within the procedural requirements of our business.
The position requires the Claims Agent to liaise with external stakeholders and re-insurance groups with respect to policies, claims and premiums in order to obtain, and provide insurance information and certification. Addressing customer claims in a timely manner, whilst also managing the process and procedural requirements of the business is of key importance to the success of this position.
