Infinite Aged Care is currently seeking dedicated Clinical Care Manager to join our team in Hahndorf SA. Bring your dedication, clinical expertise, and mentoring skills to a team that values care and quality.
About You
You may be a Care Coordinator looking to take the next step, or experienced Care Manager who is wanting to build a long-term career with an organisation that values its people. Either way, you are an excellent communicator, who is aligned with our philosophy and values. You can "think on your feet", and lead, guide, and mentor others to ensure the very best outcomes. You build rapport with residents easily and take pride in their happiness. In addition to this you
- Have a valid AHPRA Registration
- Have experience in preparing and conducting clinical assessments.
- Are comfortable and experienced in developing care plans.
- Are familiar with AN-AAC and associated compliance requirements.
- Are willing to work to meet the needs of the residents and facility.
- Hold valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or have the ability to get one)
