About the Role
Grampians Health are seeking an innovative Exercise Physiology Clinical Educator to join our growing Allied Health Education team on a permanent part-time basis. The role will focus on developing and coordinating best practice education opportunities to enhance the capabilities of the current and future Exercise Physiology workforce in the region.
Key Responsibilities
The Exercise Physiology Clinical Educator will work with the Allied Health Education team to:
Identify learning and training needs of the Exercise Physiology departmen- t Develop best practice structured learning curriculum to meet the needs of the current and future Exercise Physiology workforc
- e Undertake research and quality improvement processes to contribute to best practice allied health education across Grampians Healt
- h Lead the education portfolio within the Exercise Physiology disciplin

Skills & Experience
Registered as an Exercise Physiologist with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) and meets the Grampians Health Allied Health Credentialing requirements for Exercise Physiolog- y Experience in the healthcare sector in education deliver
- y Completion of or active planning for further training in educatio
- n Experience in quality improvement projects and change managemen
- t Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders from different professional background
