Casual Female Support Worker – North West / Dural Region

We’re looking for a female support worker to join our team on a casual basis, supporting individuals with psychosocial disabilities in the Dural and North West Sydney area.
About the Role:
As a support worker, you’ll provide personalised, one-on-one assistance with:
- Personal care (showering, grooming, hygiene)
- Community access (appointments, outings, shopping)
- Social support (companionship, confidence building)
- Domestic assistance (cleaning, meal prep, household tasks)
You’ll be working directly in clients’ homes and out in the community, helping them live safely, independently, and with dignity.
What We’re Looking For:
* Female applicant (required for participant preferences)
* Car and valid driver’s licence – mandatory
* Willingness to learn and follow support plans
* Caring, respectful, and committed to person-centred support
* Ability to work flexible hours and independently
Minimum Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- First Aid & CPR (current)
- National Police Check
- Preferred Cert III in Disability, Community Services, Mental Health, or similar (or working toward)
