As the Compliance Governance Manager supporting our Growth Ops division, you’ll partner with dynamic teams across marketing and strategic distribution to ensure our bold ideas meet regulatory expectations. This isn’t just a tick-the-box compliance role, it’s about shaping how compliance supports creativity, protects our reputation, and empowers sustainable growth.
You'll act as a trusted advisor across a business that moves fast, bringing insight, clarity and confidence to our people as they navigate the regulatory landscape. Day to day your duties will include:

Provide confident, solutions-focused compliance advice that supports business progress while maintaining regulatory integrity.

Oversee marketing and customer-facing content to ensure it aligns with compliance standards without compromising creativity.

Contribute to the development and execution of the Compliance Plan, translating strategy into practical, measurable actions.

Support the compliance culture and capability across Growth Ops through education, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Partner effectively with cross-functional teams, offering clear insights and shaping smarter, risk-aware ways of working

Proven experience (5+ years) in compliance, risk, audit, or legal roles (ideally within financial services) with strong knowledge of relevant regulations, particularly around marketing and distribution.

Expertise in reviewing marketing content and disclosures, balancing regulatory risk with commercial outcomes and attention to detail.

Clear, confident communicator with the ability to simplify complex regulations and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments and able to support, challenge, and lead effectively.

Relevant qualifications in law, compliance, or risk, with industry certifications viewed favourably.
