The Role
Join our outstanding team at Baxter Healthcare as the Compliance Manager. As the Compliance Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring seamless operations at our Toongabbie Manufacturing Plant and QA Department in alignment with regulatory standards and Baxter Global Quality Policies/Procedures.
Reporting to the Site Quality Head, you will implement Quality Compliance Systems, encompassing Documentation, Management Review, Product Quality Review, Risk Management, and Training, ensuring Baxter's compliance and quality benchmarks are met.

Responsibilities
Manage and lead Compliance Teams to deliver anticipated outcomes within required timelines
Guarantee that the Internal Audit program remains accessible and effectively executed according to Global Quality Policies/Procedures and relevant regulatory standards
Adhere to the QA Training matrix in accordance with Global Quality Policies/Procedures and relevant regulatory standards
Maintain the required Licenses and Certificates for the Toongabbie Plant
Coordinate the Supplier Quality program to align with Global Quality Policies/Procedures and relevant regulatory requirements, while providing continuous assistance for the Toongabbie Plant
Manage Corporate and External Audits, providing responses and completing actions in a timely manner.
Key requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Science, Engineering, Pharmacy or related fields
Demonstrated application of GMP in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is highly desirable
Proven experience leading a team
Understanding build control principles and techniques
Experience with Minitab
Project Management experience
Proficient computer skills, including Statistical Analysis, Spreadsheets, Word, and Project Management
Prior working knowledge of Baxter-specific computer systems (e.g., MRDACS, JDE, TCU)
A keen eye for detail along with the skill to accurately document data and information
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in negotiating with the capacity to function effectively within a team that values collaboration
High level of initiative and energy.
