We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to join our Concrete Operations team as the Concrete Plant Manager at our Moonah site in Tasmania.
Reporting to the Area Manager, this is a diverse leadership role that combines operational management, sales, and financial oversight across our concrete operations. You'll play a pivotal part in the success of our plant and contribute to the growth of Heidelberg Materials in the region.
Key Responsibilities
As Concrete Plant Manager, you will:
- Take ownership of day-to-day plant operations, including safety, production, sales, and customer service.
- Drive financial performance through effective cost management, budgeting, and P&L accountability.
- Foster strong customer relationships and seek out new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Lead and support your team to consistently deliver excellent service and operational outcomes.
- Conduct market analysis and gather regional intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and team collaboration.
