In the role Consultant, Business Improvement, you will join the Business & Private Banking Strategy Performance Execution Team that’s doubling down making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Supporting the identification and prioritisation of high value opportunities to improve the banker and customer experience in B&PB
- Developing high quality solutions that effectively balance business objectives, including improvements in customer, colleague, financial and risk outcomes
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of improvement initiatives, ensuring achievement of target business outcomes as well as delivery schedule, budget and risk
- Applying and continuing to develop business improvement capability to ensure adoption and application of best practices
- Developing trusted relationships to ensure high engagement and successful delivery
- Improving and embedding tolls and processes to support the analysis, delivery, adoption, and benefits tracking of improvement initiatives
- Proactively managing risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements
We’re looking for the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:
- Demonstrated experience in financial services, preferably in an improvement, transformation or project delivery role
- Knowledge of project delivery and continuous improvement processes and methodologies
- Project or change management experience, ideally in managing the definition and implementation of improvement initiatives
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collect, synthesise and analyse data and situations to identify insights and opportunities
- Great stakeholder management skills
