What you'll do

  • Manage data entry, online forms, and emails related to animal welfare concerns.
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate department or external agencies as needed.
  • Utilise software and equipment efficiently to complete tasks under pressure.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
  • Provide a high level of customer service, without judgement.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
  • The ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
  • A passion for animal welfare.

What we can offer you

  • Access to a range of mental health and wellbeing supportive initiatives, including confidential counselling services and education programs.
  • Generous discount on products and services, including Royal Canin pet food, Hush Puppies footwear and RSPCA Victoria retail and vet clinic products / services.
  • Access to a range of learning and development opportunities.

Recruitment Requirements

  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one);
