We are seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably experienced Contracts Managers, to be employed on a Full Time basis, working from either our Perth or Brisbane offices.

The role is responsible for assessing and monitoring contract performance against commercial terms and identify opportunities to improve profitability. Key to this role will be ensuring changes, variations and amendments are tracked and adhered to ensure the commercial aspects of service delivery tenders, proposals and renewals are changing and adapting to market conditions and client requirements but also viable in the long term on both financial and non-financial KPIs.

Close collaboration with the commercial, finance, operations, legal and sales teams will ensure commercial alignment, identifying and mitigating commercial risks but also highlighting opportunities to improve profitability.

A snapshot of what you will do:

• Monitor contract performance against commercial terms and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Provide commercial input during contract negotiations, renewals, and change control processes, maintaining an accurate register of process and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and approval frameworks for pricing and contract changes, ensuring escalation processes are in line with contract terms and market indices.
• Support the business in identifying and mitigating commercial risks.
• Ensure timely implementation of agreed price increases and maintain alignment with client agreements.
• Develop and analyse pricing and cost structures ensuring margin implications are thoroughly given due consideration in the short and long term.

To be successful:

The ideal candidate would present with strong project management and change management experience, and a structured, systematic and collaborative approach to risk management and solution building, along with the following:

• Experience in a global matrix organisation with a strong service delivery and customer focused ethos.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to be able to work with diverse stakeholders and clients but also strong influencing skills to be able to explain how solutions would play out once implemented.
• Strong aptitude with numbers and analysing various internal and external data sources, to be able to turn that data into solutions and evidence backed actions.

• Experience analysing, improving and maintaining favourable commercial conditions for the delivery of multiple services (e.g. cleaning, catering, security) across multiple client sites.
