About the role
The Grant Submissions and Contracts Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the organisation's end to end grant submission and contract management process; including maintaining the contracts register, coordinating timely reviews of funding agreements, service level agreements, memorandums of understanding and any other relevant contracts, developing funding submissions, researching potential grant opportunities, liaising with relevant managers and ensuring all submissions are lodged by their due date.
What we are looking for?
A person with:
- Diploma qualifications in Business, Project Management or similar or relevant experience.
- An understanding, or the proven ability to gain an understanding, of government funding cycles and the complex funding environment of government.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Proven success in securing and managing funding from government and/or philanthropic sources.
- High level drafting skills and the ability to source and develop organisation documents, templates, contracts etc
- Willingness, ability and appropriate levels of health and fitness to travel to and work from remote locations if required.
