What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Director of Corporate & Enterprise Accounts you’ll be involved in
- Maintain a frequent and high level of Customer Engagement at an Enterprise/Corporate level.
- In conjunction with the Director of Corporate & Enterprise Accounts you will focus on meeting expected net revenue retention, expanding the product suite that eventuates in re-contracting.
- Key focus on RAG status and develop strategies to mitigate churn.
- Manage day to day running of the Enterprise accounts with weekly reporting to the Director of Corporate & Enterprise Accounts.
- Managing escalated requests with our customers.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment across the business.
- Planning & delivering Key Projects & Campaigns
Who we're looking for

- Excellent Organisation and Time Management skills
- Min 3-5 year's experience in a similar role, working with key accounts
- Real Estate Industry experience
- Trustworthy and professional, with positive can-do attitude
- Strategic solutions approach, with a hunger to grow customer spend and maintain revenue
- Team player with strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Consistent record of exceeding targets and KPI’s
- Attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proven experience working with technology/Saas
- Driver Licence and trustworthy vehicle
- Knowledge of Reapit Sales or Reapit PM products highly desirable
What your impact and success looks like
As a Corporate Enterprise Account Manager, we expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this:
Within 1-2 months:
- Get acquainted with the Reapit business, people, products & services
- Commence Product learning
- Internal department introductions, mapping & understanding
- Internal Process learning & sourcing
- Knowing your KPI’s & SLA’s, reporting
- Internal systems training
- Introduction to your key accounts
- Communication cadence with your portfolio commenced
- Responding to customers queries
- Building internal relationships
- Expanding product knowledge & participating in knowledge share discussions
- Commence working alongside the Senior Corporate Enterprise Account Manager to shadow key project delivery and build knowledge of these processes
- Maintaining records and data as required
Within 3 months:
- Maintaining a regular cadence of face-to-face meetings with your clients as required
- Participating in forums and events
- Understand processes for key project delivery and demonstrate an increased knowledge
- Increased product knowledge on the Reapit product suite
- Providing feedback to our internal stakeholders
We operate a Flexible Working Policy and we would like for you to work from our Brisbane or Sydney office 2 days per week. On the days of working from home (around your onsite client meetings), you must have a comfortable appropriate working space to accommodate your office needs.
