- Plan and implement facilities improvement projects to support future growth.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflows for effective administration.
- Contribute to program reporting, policy development, and strategic planning.
- Coordinate procurement, contract management, and supplier engagement across IT and facilities services.
- Provide operational support to senior management in strategic and business planning.
- Coordinate internal audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement risk management frameworks covering ICT and facilities.
- Lead contract negotiations, contribute to new business opportunities, and support agents, EOIs, and student engagement.
- Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure, learning management systems, and student information systems.
- Oversee cyber security, data management, and digital record-keeping in line with compliance requirements.
- Lead system upgrades, process automation, and technology integration to improve efficiency.
- Oversee the maintenance, safety, and functionality of classrooms, workshops, and administrative facilities.
- Manage property leases, building maintenance, WHS compliance, and asset registers.
- Lead and supervise staff within ICT support, facilities, and administration.
- Provide training, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
- Promote a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
