We are looking for experienced Operational Crew Leaders to work alongside other leaders and lead our teams and improve our process, in on our Smelter Reduction Lines- the heart of what we do!

The Reduction Line 3 Operational Crew Leader takes accountability for assisting the direction of the team, aligning with the Superintendent in the direction of the larger output team, providing coaching and feedback to crew members, and leading the crew to deliver specific quality and quantity of output in a safe, agile and effective manner.

The team members operate the equipment within the reduction lines
